THE MAIN HALL AND ALL MEETINGS SPACES
The Function Centre comprises a large open space (Main Hall) filled with natural light and a fantastic commercial kitchen, along with a smaller space (Lower Hall) which comes complete with its own compact kitchenette. These spaces can be hired individually or in tandem, making them ideal venues for a wide range of functions. Please note the Parish does not allow 16th, 18th or 21st birthday parties at the Function Centre. Strict Conditions of Hire apply to all bookings. MAIN HALL Its generous capacity, central location and commercial style kitchen makes this the perfect place for just about any major celebration or function. For example, wedding receptions, engagement parties, birthdays, art and craft markets, fitness and lifestyle classes, playgroups and wakes feature regularly on our calendar. If self-catering is not your thing, take advantage of the wide range of local caterers. Background music can be easily provided through the use of an internal sound system and a series of roof mounted speakers, and a playground in the park next door. LOWER HALL Looking for somewhere to stage a seminar or meeting and don't need a huge space? With an abundance of natural light and its own kitchenette, this space lends itself to a range of meeting styles and workshops. A wall mounted TV monitor allows you to connect your laptop or portable device for that important presentation, and tables and chairs are supplied.
