Any allegation or concern will be investigated according to formal written policies and procedures, which include informing the police. • We have robust human resources and recruitment practices for all staff and volunteers. • We provide regular training for staff and volunteers on child abuse risks. • We are committed to the cultural safety of Aboriginal children and those from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds, and to providing a safe environment for children living with a disability. • We have specific policies***, procedures and training in place that support our leadership team, staff and volunteers to achieve these commitments.
